Satisfaction Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
 

At Euhosts.net your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed !!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your first month's service at Euhosts.net, we will refund 100% of your hosting fees.

Our 30 day money-back guarantee is for hosting services only and does not apply to domain registrations, or any additional services provided.

This guarantee is only available to clients who sign up for 6 months advance subscription or more. All Domain Registration or Domain Transfer fees incurred are non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after 30 days of service.

The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to returning customers, this is to prevent abuse of our goodwill and to enable us to maintain a happy client base.

To qualify for the money back guarantee all cancellation requests must be made within the first 30 days of service. No special notice period is required to cancel after the initial 30 days, but no refunds will be issued after 30 days of service.
All cancellation requests must made by e-mail to billing@euhosts.net Cancellations requests made over the telephone or via any other method will not be accepted.

Any account terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy will not be eligible for the 30-day money back guarantee.
